Swissôtel Sydney offers two distinct dining experiences: the newly introduced Arches on Market lobby bar and the signature restaurant Ten Stories, located adjacent to the lobby. Open daily for buffet breakfast and dinner, Ten Stories presents a menu of modern Australian cuisine crafted with sustainable, locally sourced ingredients and accented by Italian and Asian influences under the direction of Executive Chef John Giovanni Pugliano.
